Planning my Professional Project will help you to overcome your fears so that you can freely express orally your professional plans. At the end of this collaborative adventure, you will create a product in which you will have the opportunity to share your professional plans with your classmates.

By the end of this collaborative adventure you will be able to:

Make an appropriate career selection based on your likes and strengths.

Improve your speaking skill by practicing with your peers and teachers.

Use some techniques and strategies to structure an oral presentation.

Learn and use some web 2.0 tools to increase and facilitate your speaking.
The final product of this collaborative project will be an oral presentation about the career you have previously selected. For this purpose, you will be guided in a step-by-step process in which you will have the opportunity to work with your classmates and use some web 2.0 tools that will help you create a high quality product.
Stages of the project
In this module you will get familiarized with the main topic of the project.
In this module you will make your career selection based on your abilities and interests.
In this module you will structure your professional oral presentation by doing a draft.
In this module you will polish details of your final presentation.
Collaborative learning
Working collaboratively is a great opportunity to learn from each other. Throughout each stage of this project, you will be engaged in a set of activities in which you will have the chance to co-create and interact with your teachers and peers. Among the collaborative activities proposed in this project you will:

Create a collaborative inventory of Colombian undergraduate programs.

Provide and receive feedback from your peers to enhance your product.

Participate in the virtual forums proposed in the platform.
Scaffolding opportunities
In this project, you will be guided in a step-by-step process, in which you will gradually increase your speaking time. Each one of the modules will offer you the opportunity to develop some abilities by getting involved in individual and collaborative tasks.
